So, because Greece will avoid a default, yet again, all of the people on the trades floor decide we should raise oil prices yet again!!! Oh, yeah, and the Iran Supreme Leader says talks of Sanctions are delusional is another reason to raise crude prices.
Now economists are starting to debate whether the oil prices will cause issues with the economy, both world and national, with some arguing that we will be fine because we have handled $100 plus barrel prices before and made it through.
What they forget is, we didn't survive very well when the oil prices were there, businesses faltered, many had to cut costs so the greedy little bastards in charge of it could continue to earn millions annualy. Of course, this meant cutting jobs so the hard working men and woman who need the pay could suffer and not afford food or water...
Yeah, raise the prices and we will make it through just fine.
